Explicit Consent Statement

1 - Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between Respanet Information Technologies Trade Limited Company ("Company"), located at Deliktaş Mahallesi 1989 SK NO: 54/A Denizli / Pamukkale, with tax ID number 6250895879, and the individual or legal entity ("Member") benefiting from the services ("Services") offered under the brand ("Respanet") and the ("Site") owned by the Company, in order to determine the terms and conditions of use.

By accepting the provisions of this Membership Agreement, the parties agree to act in accordance with the terms stated below.

2 - Definitions

2.1 Agreement: The document executed between the parties that includes this Service Agreement and its annexes, defining the rights and obligations of the parties.

2.2 Company: Respanet Information Technologies Trade Limited Company, located at Deliktaş Mahallesi 1989 SK NO: 54/A Denizli / Pamukkale, with tax ID number 6250895879.

2.3 Respanet: The brand name under which the Company provides its Services.

2.4 Site: The website operated under the Respanet brand, known as https://respanet.com.tr.

2.5 Services: All services offered under the Respanet brand and through the Site.

2.6 Member: A real or legal person registered to benefit from the Services offered under the Respanet brand.

2.7 Law: The Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Turkey No. 6698, which defines the rights and obligations of the parties.

3 - General Information

This Explicit Consent Text is provided to you after the necessary Information Notice has been made. Please make sure that you have read the Information Notice and that you give your consent to this document of your own free will. After giving your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time. We value and protect your personal data.

Within the scope of the Information Notice presented to you by Respanet in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law");

I hereby declare and accept that my personal data, including identity, address, contact details, and other personal information, may be processed, recorded, stored, updated, disclosed, transferred, or restricted from use by Respanet in its capacity as data controller or by authorized data processors under adequate security measures for the purposes of: providing the Services in the best possible way, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted service, increasing user satisfaction, processing payments, carrying out and developing service-related operations, conducting promotional, marketing, advertising, and campaign activities, informing users about events, and fulfilling the obligations of concluded agreements, in accordance with the general principles stated in Article 4 of the Law.

I also declare and accept that my personal data may be transferred by Respanet, limited to the purposes specified above, to employees, representatives, legally authorized public institutions, independent audit firms, survey companies, business partners, and service providers, and that I give my explicit consent for this.

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law and related regulations, I acknowledge that I have the right to contact Respanet to: learn whether my personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom my data has been transferred, request correction of incorrect or incomplete data, request deletion or destruction of the data, request notification of correction/deletion to third parties to whom data was transferred, object to any result arising against me through analysis by automated systems, and request compensation for any damage incurred due to unlawful data processing.

I acknowledge that I have the right to submit my request regarding these rights by sending it, along with documents identifying my identity, via [----], through a notary public or by other means specified in the Law.

I also declare that the personal data I have shared with Respanet is accurate and up to date; and I accept the obligation to notify Respanet of any changes to this information.

I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing, use, sharing, and storage for the required duration of my personal data, including special categories of personal data as defined by the Law, limited to the scope and purposes specified. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this document and Respanet's KVKK Information Notice.

4 - Final Provision

The stamp tax arising from this Agreement shall be borne by the Member. This Agreement consists of 4 main articles and subheadings, and has been read and understood by the parties. It is valid whether executed electronically or physically. Respanet may, when necessary, add new articles and/or subheadings, remove or amend them. The Member irrevocably declares and undertakes in advance that they accept such changes and that these changes will be valid from the date of publication on Respanet’s website.
