1: Payment

To activate all services provided by Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc., service fees must be paid in advance. If the due date for existing customers falls on a weekend or holiday, payments must be made on the preceding or following business day.

Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. uses a fully automated customer tracking system. Services that remain unpaid for more than 1 hour past the due date are automatically suspended. If payment is not made within 3 days after suspension, all user data is deleted, and web-based transactions are suspended in our database. (Reactivation occurs automatically upon the next service purchase.)

When making a payment with your credit card on respanet.com.tr, the system will ask if you want to save your card. If you choose to save it, your next invoice will be automatically charged on the due date unless you request a cancellation.

Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. is not responsible for any data loss in such cases. If there is a payment delay for any service, Respanet reserves the right to suspend the user is other services and not to resume them until full payment is made. This includes suspending the domain name and seizing it. Payments made via PayPal are calculated in USD.

2: Respanet Account Access and Other Matters

If you experience any problems or negative issues related to Respanet, you may file a complaint with law enforcement, the Chamber of Commerce, or the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK).

Defaming the brand name of Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. on third-party websites, presenting it negatively, or spreading false information about services not received is prohibited by brand protection laws, and legal proceedings may be initiated against you immediately.

If there is any suspicious situation related to the service you have received, your service may be suspended and the information may be shared with law enforcement authorities.

Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. shall not be held responsible for any data loss in such cases. If there is a payment delay for any service, Respanet reserves the right to suspend other services of the user and to refrain from reactivating the services until payment is made. This includes suspending the domain name and seizing it. Payments made via PayPal are calculated in USD.

3: Domain Names

All domain names registered through Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. are registered based on the information provided by the customer at the time of registration.

Your domain name orders are forwarded to the registrar immediately after payment.

Once a response is received from the registrar's automation system, your domain is transferred to your control panel for use.

All usage rights of the domain name belong to the customer.

Respanet sends reminder emails close to the expiration date of domain names. However, it is the customer's responsibility to track domain expiration dates. Respanet is not responsible for domains lost due to expiration.

Respanet allocates domain names through its resellers "domainnameapi" or "resellerclub", which are ICANN-accredited companies.

The customer must verify and monitor the control and accuracy of the domain name after the order. This applies to registration, renewal, and transfer operations.

4: Virtual Server Usage

In virtual/cloud server services rented through Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc., server management is entirely the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise agreed.

Respanet’s responsibility is to ensure that the virtual/cloud server service remains online with uninterrupted internet and power access (99.5% uptime guarantee/month). Unless otherwise agreed, Respanet is under no obligation to interfere with the server’s content.

Respanet performs periodic maintenance/repairs on the main servers hosting virtual/cloud servers monthly. However, in case of power, system, or disk failures, it is assumed that customers have backed up their own data, and actions are taken based on this assumption.

5: System Usage

Customers who receive web hosting and reseller hosting services from Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. agree to share the same server with other customers. If a customer’s website uses server resources in a way that negatively affects the performance of other websites, Respanet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend that website.

In such cases, Respanet may request the customer to move the website to another server. Respanet reserves the right to decide whether to provide a refund. The customer is deemed to have accepted this decision in advance.

6: Backups

The responsibility for backing up all services (A-Z), (X-Y) (such as Web Hosting, Virtual Server, Cloud Server, Web Reseller) lies entirely with the customer.

However, if you purchased a daily, weekly, or monthly backup service during or after your order, we can back up your data to a physically separate backup server and ensure data security professionally.

Otherwise, we are not obliged to perform backups for any service.

7: Illegal Use

Services provided by Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. cannot be used for illegal purposes or to support such activities.

Respanet reserves the right to investigate and suspend services upon detection of illegal activities or misuse.

8: Outgoing Attacks

If any internal or external attacks originate from services provided by Respanet, the relevant service may be suspended or terminated without notice, and no refunds will be issued.

All services are monitored by personnel or advanced software tools.

9: Threats and Dangers

Customers are responsible for any harmful objects, materials, or files (via email, upload, etc.) published through Respanet services. Respanet reserves the right to suspend such accounts.

10: Fraud

Adding, deleting, or modifying any content with the intent to deceive or mislead is considered fraud and is strictly prohibited. Using other individuals’ or company names is not allowed.

11: Cheating

Products, parts, or services bought or sold through deception using Respanet’s services are considered fraudulent and will be subject to legal action.

12: Service Suspension

Respanet Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc. may suspend any Product/Service it provides without notice.

For services suspended (excluding unpaid invoices), please refer to Clause 19. Data will be retained for 7 days and can be recovered if the customer requests service activation.

Upon request, data may be made accessible for backup. The backup must be completed within 24 hours.

13: Email and Spam

Sending malicious or unsolicited emails that interfere with others’ email use may result in account termination. Hosting spam content, especially via email, news, or web hosts, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

14: Unauthorized Access

Attempting to gain access to other users’ accounts through Respanet’s services, or accessing them without authorization, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

15: Violation of Brand Privacy Principles

Using Respanet’s services to violate privacy policies of any individual or company, including unauthorized use of trademarks, images, or music, is strictly prohibited.

16: Personal Data Processing

Collecting or encouraging the collection of personal data without consent is against the usage policy. Respanet holds no responsibility for such actions.

17: Unsafe Behavior

Using harmful software (such as DDoS, trojans, viruses) via Respanet services to harm other networks or operations is prohibited. Legal action will be taken.

After an order is placed, identity verification may be requested and stored on the user’s account.

18: Unpaid Invoices and Data

All services are provided on a pay-before-use basis. If a hosting or server service is not paid by the due date, it is automatically suspended by the system.

A suspended server will be stored for a maximum of 72 hours. If the invoice is not paid, the data will be permanently deleted.

Even if the customer does not wish to continue the service, they must pay the final invoice to access and back up their data.

Otherwise, the request to activate the server or hosting for backup purposes may be denied.

19: Virus Distribution

Hosting or distributing viruses that may harm others’ data is strictly prohibited. If you are unaware of such activity, please pay attention to any warnings.

20: Licensed Software

Using copyrighted or licensed software without proper authorization will result in service suspension.

21: Website Content

All websites hosted on Respanet servers must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey.

Hosting illegal content, including hacking and warez, is strictly prohibited. Respanet may suspend such services indefinitely and is not obliged to provide backups.

22: Brand Protection

Respanet is a limited company registered under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. You may file legal complaints with the judiciary or law enforcement in the event of any issues.

Any behavior aimed at tarnishing the brand name via third-party websites, apps, or physical means may result in legal action under this service agreement.

According to the agreement, Party A (Respanet) and Party B (Customer) may communicate any support needs via www.respanet.com.tr or call 0258 220 2870.

23: Third-Party Channels

Respanet may advertise on various platforms for promotion and sales purposes.

However, post-sale support is provided only via www.respanet.com.tr. Notifications from third-party sources are ignored.

24: Server Usage

The customer is fully responsible for the content of the servers provided by Respanet. Hosting IRCD servers or warez files is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination.

Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any customer exhibiting inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward Respanet personnel may have their servers suspended.

25: Server Management

Respanet is responsible only for hardware and network support of its servers. The management of the server and any hosting software is the customer’s responsibility. All Respanet customers are considered to have accepted this usage agreement. Violation of the rules may result in account or server termination.
